Acceptable Use & Content Safety Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy applies to every image, request, generated video, and generated audio created through Bad Times AI.

Prohibited content

You must not use Bad Times AI to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

  • Pornography or NSFW content, including sexually explicit, sexualised, or exploitative material.
  • Violence or gore, including graphic injury, torture, threats, or material intended to glorify violence.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination targeting a person or group.
  • Child-unsafe content, including CSAM, sexual content involving minors, exploitation, or unsafe depictions of children.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation, including face swaps, fabricated statements or actions, intimate-scene compositing, or misleading use of another person's likeness.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement, including unlicensed protected characters, brands, recordings, or other material you are not authorised to use.

Source material

You may upload only material you own or have explicit permission and legal authority to use. Do not upload another person's photo without their consent. An adult may use the Baby template only for a family-safe, age-appropriate image where they have legal authority to submit it.

Moderation and reporting

We may review reports, investigate suspected violations, and use service and security signals to detect misuse. To report a video, account, privacy concern, impersonation, or intellectual-property issue, email [email protected] with the relevant account email or job ID and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive credentials.

Enforcement

We may reject or cancel a request, remove stored files where possible, reverse a service-failure credit, restrict or suspend an account, preserve records when required, and cooperate with lawful authorities. We assess reports case by case and may request information needed to verify a report.
