Information we process

We process the information needed to operate the service: your account email address and, when you choose Google sign-in, basic profile information from Google; the files and requests you submit; generated results; your credit balance and creation history; and basic technical, security, and service logs.

Only submit material when you have the permission and legal right to use it.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, process your requested creation, deliver results, display your account history and credit balance, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not publish your submitted files or results in a public gallery without your permission.

Retention

Uploaded source images and generated video files are automatically deleted from our file storage after approximately 24 hours. Save any completed video you want to keep before it expires. Your account, order, credit, and creation-status records may remain longer where reasonably needed for account administration, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, payment administration, or legal compliance.

Service providers and analytics

Supabase provides account authentication and database services; Cloudflare R2 stores uploads and results; SeeAPI processes requested AI video generations; Waffo provides secure payment checkout; Google provides optional Google sign-in; and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand aggregated website usage and improve the product. Each provider processes information only as needed to provide its part of the service and under its applicable terms and privacy practices.

Payment details are entered on Waffo's secure checkout page; we do not receive or store card details. Google sign-in, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity are subject to their respective privacy policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with providers required to run the service, when required by law or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of Bad Times AI, our users, or the public.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Use the contact page for a privacy or data request and include the account email that you used to sign in.

Children and Baby creations

Bad Times AI is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Adults may use the Baby template only for family-safe, age-appropriate images when they have the legal authority and permission to submit them. Do not use the service for sexualised, exploitative, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy.
