Refund Policy

Bad Times AI sells one-time credits for AI video creation. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring charges.

When a credit is used

One credit is reserved when a video creation starts. If the creation fails because of a Bad Times AI or provider service issue, we return that credit once. A completed generation counts as a used credit even if you decide not to download or use the result.

Payment errors and unused credits

Contact us if you were charged more than once, paid but did not receive credits, or believe a payment was made in error. We review reasonable requests for unused credits before issuing any refund. Used credits and completed generations are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

How to request help

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include the purchase date, the email used to sign in, and the Waffo order or receipt reference if available. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

Payment processor

Payments are completed through Waffo's secure checkout. If a refund is approved, its timing depends on the payment method, bank, and payment processor.
