The service and AI model

Bad Times AI provides AI-assisted creative tools, including tools that can create a short video from a portrait you submit. Video generation currently uses the Seedance 2 Fast model through SeeAPI. We may change the available models, formats, and features as the service evolves and will update this page when a material change affects the generation model.

The service is provided as available, and results can vary based on submitted materials, provider availability, and the generation systems involved.

Your account and content

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account access secure. You retain any rights you hold in submitted material. By submitting content, you confirm that you have every permission, right, and lawful authority needed to use it with the service, and grant us and our service providers a limited right to process it solely to provide the requested feature.

Permissions and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and have explicit permission to use every submitted likeness or other material. You must respect privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, and other rights. You may not use Bad Times AI to break the law, deceive others, or cause harm.

Our Acceptable Use & Content Safety Policy forms part of these Terms. You must not upload, request, create, distribute, or facilitate prohibited content.

AI output

Results are AI-generated and should be disclosed as such where appropriate. They may contain unexpected or imperfect details; review every result before sharing or relying on it. Do not request copyrighted recordings, misleading impersonations, or other content that violates another person's rights.

Safety controls and enforcement

We may use automated and human safety measures to screen requests and investigate credible reports of misuse. We do not operate a public gallery or feed for private creations.

To report suspected impersonation, privacy concerns, intellectual-property issues, or prohibited content, use our contact page or email [email protected]. We may block or cancel a request, remove content, restrict credits, suspend an account, preserve information where required, and cooperate with lawful authorities when appropriate.

Credits, payments, and refunds

Each credit-based feature requires the displayed number of credits. Credits are reserved when a creation begins. If a creation fails because of a service or provider failure, the reserved credit is returned once. One-time credit packs are shown on the Pricing page.

Checkout is provided by Waffo. We do not receive or store your card details. Purchased credits are added only after Waffo confirms a successful payment. Our Refund Policy explains payment-error, unused-credit, and completed-generation requests.

Availability and liability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service for maintenance, safety, legal, or business reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use following an update means you accept the revised Terms.
